Conference feedback

Thank you for an interesting and imformative event. Enjoyed it and got a lot of good tips for the future.
Thanks again!

Hi, thanks for putting this on. I just have one comment- in the "day in the life of a translator" segment, the visual was unclear- like unreadable unclear. I kept changing size of the display expecting it to clear up but it never did. Not sure what the situation was there but it wasn't worth watching what Massimilian was doing if I couldn't see it. Perhaps it had to do with so many people streaming it at once or a crummy connection on my end, not sure. Again, thanks for putting it on.

I am extremely satisfied with the webinar and the answers to my questions.
Thanks a million.

I particularly appreciated the last talk about basics of CAT tools for "newcomers".

Time From To Content
13:15 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All In disk C I know all the Tms and TB are stored
13:16 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All In Disk D the projects, in disk C the TMs
13:17 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All @Robert: I may have been wrong, so at the moment I don't have a good theory about what may be wrong. :( I suggest you write to support@.
13:18 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All @two2tango: projects don't contain TMs and TBs, unless you specifically choose to place them inside a project folder.
13:18 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All So, I should move all the projects, zipped to the new compuer, plus the TMs and TBs as well
13:19 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All Check Tools > Options > Locations to see tha main folders were each resource type and projects are stored
13:19 May 28, 2014 Sandor Papp: 1193492 All @two2tango, please open memoQ, click tools - options and check out the 'locations' tab. All your resources will be listed there.
13:20 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All Good, thanks! ;)
13:20 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All I have another questions, though..
13:20 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All memoQ provides project backup and restore. If you create a backup of a project, that will include all the resources.
13:20 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All You mean in the Language terminal?
13:21 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All some time ago I uploaded a project and it took ages to upload
13:21 May 28, 2014 Robert Kleemaier: 48870 All BTW, guys, I migrated a couple of years ago from one of the first movers in the TM industry to your product and am thoroughly satisfied with most everything about memoQ:...
13:21 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All you don't have to create the backup in Language TErminal
13:21 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All That is just an option
13:21 May 28, 2014 Robert Kleemaier: 48870 All ...the price, the level of support, the reliability and the intuitive ease of the application. Keep up the good work!
13:21 May 28, 2014 Gergely Vandor: 626844 All you can create it in your disk as well
13:22 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All I reread your answer and I fully understood, thanks Gergely
13:23 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All I see that in the TM sometimes I store segments I changed afterwards, is there a way to overwrite segment 1 by segment 2?
13:24 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All memoQ is wonderful in every sense!
13:24 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All I would love to attend memoQfest next year but we are so far away..
13:26 May 28, 2014 Drew MacFadyen: 601248 All Hi Haydee...thanks for attending!
13:26 May 28, 2014 two2tango: 6349 All :)
13:26 May 28, 2014 Sandor Papp: 1193492 All it's a question of settings - this is something that you'll need to set when you create a TM. You can't change it afterwards.
13:26 May 28, 2014 Drew MacFadyen: 601248 All Saludos/besos/abrazzos a todo sus famila...we miss you all :)
