Sin...ce 2003 I have been providing trilingual legal advice, with the occasional Catalan and German thrown in, as in-house counsel for a large hotel company, and starting in January 2012 as a freelance legal practitioner, most recently at the law firm Bufete Capellà in Palma de Mallorca.

Such projects also require an extensive follow-up in order to obtain licences and permits, tax exemptions when available, assist in the establishment of local offices, hire staff and comply with local laws and regulations.
Thanks to my training in comparative law, language skills and legal expertise in the Caribbean, Central and South America, the USA, Northern Africa, Eastern Mediterranean and Eastern Europe I can offer seamless legal advice, practical guidance and translation services both for Spanish clients wishing to open new markets abroad and foreign clients interested in business opportunities in Spain and South America.
