I am currently benefiting from the proz.com mentorship programme which has been fantastic although it does mean I have yet to find any work by myself (I am given paid work by my mentor). I am learning a lot while also trying to figure out what my next step should be.
In particular, I'm wondering if I should wait until I have a certain amount of experience before applying to agencies or just start sending off letters and applications immediately.
