Natalie, the term used in the US is Registrar's Office (or simply Registrar's). I went to university in America and had to go there frequently for registration.

Discussion
1) In Australia (not sure about other countries), credit for prior study is dealt with by individual faculties rather than a general department.
2) Even if there was a central department, I have never heard of one called ‘Credit Integralization’ (a Google search reveals only one result and it’s from Brazil).
3) If credit transfer was to be dealt with by a central department, I think the academic registry would probably do it.
