detectando

Non-PRO Spanish to English Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology) Data Recovery
My brain just isn't working properly today, because I just can't think of a natural way of putting this in English.

The context is a brief introduction to a user guide for the Data Recover Services offered by a Spanish company.

Here is that context:

"Este documento describe los servicios de recuperación de datos de XXX.

Los servicios que ofrece XXX se han desarrollado en base a las necesidades que hemos ido detectando con el paso del tiempo."

And here's my attempt:

"This document describes XXX’s Data Recovery Services.

The services offered by XXX have been developed in accordance with the user needs that have been picked up over time."

"Picked up" is a little bit lame for my liking. And while "developed" would seem the obvious choice, I can't use it for obvious reasons. "Detected" just doesn't work for me at all.

Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance.
