Hi Ninon, Apologies for asking again but can you just check something for me as even the click to run version can be the standard version rather than 365. I believe it's how the product is installed that causes the issue. So can you go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office 2013 and click on "Change". Hi Ninon, The image you show here is indeed the click to run installation. The standard one is the one that is not orange. The only resolution to this is to uninstall Office and install it again, but this time don't use the click to run installer. There is a useful article here explaining this problem and also where to get the conventional installer from: http://goo.gl/cGpGPy Regards Paul post edit... Don't know if this is the proper place for this, but it doesn't look like variables are working properly in 2014. Sometimes they do, but at least when they are single units (USB or DVI), you have to add them as new units. Hi Paul, Thank you for pointing me to the right direction. I was able to download the two apps I needed after using Maxthon instead of Chrome. I also tested this on IE and it also worked. Google Chrome seems to be the culprit in this case. James just to follow-up with what Emma tells you: you will be able to use both on the same machine, but if after upgrading you deactivate Studio 2011, you won't be able to activate it again! I just downloaded the software and shortly into the installation procedure I get the error message "Set up did not complete. The error is : Package Suite Repair Utility could not be installed. Error Number:1" Running on Windows 8, Intel i7. Any ideas? Gunnar | |

I had the same problem when trying to download an OE app with Google Chrome. I then used Maxthon and was able to download the app. IE should also work fine. Hope this helps! Thank you for your suggestion Chun-yi! I‘ve tried again with Maxthon - tested without success on 2 machines. After logging into my SDL account, I‘ve clicked on APP STORE and after finding a requested app I‘ve clicked on Download. After this, web asks to login again (strange).
