When to use this

  • Use this when you searched the public interpreter directory and got no matches, or only a few interpreters that do not fit your language pair, specialty, or timing.
  • It is for buyers who need a human follow-up rather than browsing more filters on their own.
2

Open the request form

  • From the bottom of the interpreter directory, click Request a hand-match when it appears.
  • You can also open the form anytime from Support → Find an interpreter at /support/find-interpreter.
  • If you came from the directory, your active filters are carried over automatically.
3

What to include

  • Language pair, specialty, modality, and when you need the interpreter.
  • Whether you prefer a live on-demand call or a scheduled session.
  • Your contact name and email so a Remoto specialist can reply.
  • If you are signed in, your name, email, organization, and phone may be prefilled automatically.
4

What happens next

  • Submit the form and you will see a confirmation email with a reference number.
  • A Remoto specialist reviews your request and hand-matches you with an interpreter from our verified roster.
  • You will receive email updates when your request status changes or when we have interpreter matches to share.
  • You should hear back usually within one business day by email.
  • If you are signed in, your contact details are prefilled from your account — you can edit them before sending.
