Message:Hello, my name is Claudia Lenz and I am an english-spanish translator and interpreter from Mexico City. I have experience in administrative translations as well as law related.
Bio:I was born in Piedras Negras, Coah., Mexico. My mother Alicia Chisum was American, my father, Matias Mendoza, was Mexican. I was raised in a bicultural environment in a peculiar border towm. Piedras Negras was, for many years, the only border town in which the usual eco...nomic relations were reversed. Piedras Negras was the big town providing jobs while Eagle Pass, Texas was a small town living mainly from the commerce from the Mexican side. I attended school in Piedras Negras up to junior high. I went to Eagle Pass High School, and later graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.A. major in economics. I also obtained an M.B.A. in finance from the Universidad de Nuevo Leon. I did graduate work both at the University of Texas and the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
I married Rafael Vargas in 1974 and we had 3 children, Jorge Luis, Rafael, and Maria Eugenia. We have 4 grandchildren, 3 girls and a boy, which we enjoy, at least most of the time.
In terms of working experience, I taught economics at a private university in Monterrey, Mexico for 10 years. I worked for a national grocery chain for 9 years in several positions, mostly as regional area manager in general administration, budgeting, and computer programming. I worked for 15 years for a maquila company, based in Acuña, Coah., Mexico, and corporate offices in Winston-Salem, NC, mainly overseeing the processing of discount coupons information for financial and marketing purposes.
I retired in 2005 and have been free-lancing in translation for the last three years.

Bio:My name is Diego Achio, I was born in 1989 in a Latin American country, Costa Rica; and I have resided there during all my life. My mother tongue is Spanish and my language pairs are EN>ES | ES>EN(General Only) and FR>ES.
I have been a Freelance Translator & Interpr...eter for over 3 years, and even thought 3 years sounds like a little when competing against professionals with much more experience than me, I know my work is of the same quality level as that of a more experienced professional, and unlike many translators my business ethics demand me to deliver high quality and accurate translations always on time.
Aside from my experience as Freelancer I am the Founder, CEO & Project Manager of a Translation team created by myself at the beginning of 2011, ACROtranslations.
