Hola Carolina

En inglés la palabra "propios" se omite, y se dice sólo "muscles of the nose".

Nasal bones

"Nasal muscles" as such do not exist. This must refer to the bones. In English the word "propios" is not translated, just put "nasal bones". If you could give me a bit more context I would be able to confirm this opinion.

neutral Elena Sgarbo (X) : ¡Hola Philip, bienvenido a ProZ! "Nasal muscles" significa "músculos propios de la nariz". Te invito cordialmente a que mires las referencias de arriba, del libro de Anatomía de Gray que es el que se usa en la Facultad de Medicina aquí en USA :-)

Sorry. I stand corrected. In my defense, I only say that my anatomy book (not Gray's, unfortunately) does not appear to recognise this entity.
