However, without more information about the product per se, it is harder to decide whether the "adhesivo" bit refers to part (or all) of the product, or a sticker (pegatina/adhesivo).

El "salvage" es una parte de la etiqueta que no tiene adhesivo. Ese pedacito sin adesivo permite despegarla. Ver por ej. el siguiente link
