Job description Hi! Sorry for the delay in writing back. The client has explained that this person designs the structure/layout of the application, the flow diagrams, etc. From my understanding, the English name has nothing to do with the Spanish title. Although an "organic analyst" does exist, it is related to the chemistry field (as opposed to IT).

Do you have a job description for the roles? I found the following definition for 'análisis orgánico':
"Fase de diseño de aplicaciones en la que se traducen a lenguaje comprensible por el ordenador las conclusiones halladas en la fase de análisis funcional. En esta fase se trabaja directamente con el ordenador, tras contar con todos los datos que afectan al desarrollo previsto."
In my experience, this would be the role of the analyst programmer/developer, but the text obviously make a distinction between the role of 'analista orgánico' and the developer. I'm not aware of any way of differentiating between these roles in English.
