is without prejudice to the one that (the manager) may resort to by law
Thank you, another very valid option..... I'm going to play around with this throughout the text and see which way fits in the best with the syntax.... Thanks again for this option!! |
without prejudice to that (the Manager/Director) is responsible for in accordance with the law
The legal representation will be without prejudice to that the Manager/Director is reposible for pursuant to the law.
The legal representation will be without prejudice to that the Manager/Director is reposible for by law
Thanks so much Maru!!! |

Please check my reply to the comment of Patrice: your "explanation" is incomprehensible.
I checked this text before posting my answer. Is part of a contract written in Canada by a Lawyer (English native speaker). Spanish version was checked by Mexican Lawers. Now Im confused too. The whole contract is used in Canada and Mexico for banking services and this part corresponds to both contracts.
The parties hereby agree that they will not assign or by any other means transfer any rights or obligations generated hereunder, without the other party previous written authorization.
a) Judicial representation will be notwithstanding which by the law it corresponds to each of the parties. [...]
Spanish version of the contract:
Enrique, Thanks for your comments.... I believe I see where you were going with this, but I believe that the wording might be a bit confusing when added to the existing context....., thanks again! |
