insert into local publications / media outlets notice about....
Peer comment(s):

neutral Alexander Demyanov : "insert"? hardly
19 mins
880 occurrences on Google of the phrase "insert an ad." Insert or place a notice would be synonyms.
disagree Steffen Pollex (X) : no "insert" here. "Publish/place a notification in the local press", I would say. And not "into publications, but "пуюликация" means a synonym for "публичное заявление/оповещение", not the newspaper itself.
34 mins
Publish or place a notice are fine options. "пуюликация" (typo included) is a false cognate. In English "publication" is another word for newspaper / journal / magazine.

How about 'tabloids"?

Tabloid IS a local newpaper. So it is possible to use "published in tabloids..."
Peer comment(s):

neutral riga : Prinesite v registr predpriyatiy spravku iz tabloida (spravka o podache obyavleniya v gazetu trebuetsya vmeste s resheniem sobraniya i dr. dok-mi po likvidacii). Suschestvuet zakon ob OOO i prochih. Soglasno nemu registr i otpravit obratno..
