Wherever it occurs in an English language website, it hasn't been translated. The Ministero della Difesa site refers to "V Reparto - Affari Generali" and my humble suggestion is "V Reparto (General Affairs)". The duties described are a miscellany of accommodation, public relations and sport and in the UK at least the MOD structure has no equivalent. "(Support Services)" might be another option.
