From the manual for a catering freezing/chilling unit:
"Involucro esterno in acciaio inox AISI 304 satinato scotch-brite"
I'm puzzled as to why scotch brite is included in the description of the steel casing. Could it be:
"Scotch-brite satin finish outer casing in AISI 304 stainless steel"
or is it that the casing is scotch-brite resistant (since its for catering and will have to be thoroughly cleaned very frequently - probably using the worlds most favourite scouring pad?
Any suggestions?
