Alluminio centesimale

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering insulated roofing panels
This is the bottom outer layer of an insulated roofing panel with a polyurethane foam core. I can't find a definition for "centesimale": does it refer to a specific thickness? Or is it maybe an alloy? I see it translated as "foil" but that doesn't seem right--too thin and delicate. For now I have "aluminium sheet" but I'd love to know exactly what "centesimale" means. Thank you!

The client confirmed that the term has to do with the thickness of the material. Since it's also described as goffrato (surface treatment), I used "embossed aluminium sheet". In the case of thicknesses less than 0.2 mm, I would have called it aluminium foil

Thank you also, Writeaway. I thought I was blocking just the general public from answering (to keep the moise down), not non-paying ProZ members. My mistake! The photo of the samper surface doesn't show ribbing so I think I will stick with "aluminum sheet" for now (see comment below) and ask the client.

Aaaand looking further at the previous discussion on the term in Spanish, I do think it has to do with the thickness, not the pattern. I will call it "aluminum sheet" rather than foil, because in my case it is 0.4 mm thick, and foil goes up to 0.2 mm thick.

Thank you Emmanuella, this is very helpful, and it does match the few other uses of "centesimale" that I have seen. "Ribbed profile", yes, that makes sense.

I think "aluminium foil" is the most likely meaning.

Thank you. My thickness (0.4 mm) doesn't meet the definition of aluminum foil (<0.2 mm) so I will call it aluminum sheet.
