This is in connection with an SOP for a shipping company and involves the discharge of goods. Once the goods have been discharged, dimensions are measured and transmitted via EDI. Subsequently a further control takes place which is:
"Die Monituren sind kodiert and inhaltlich mit XY abgestimmt."
Wikepedia describes "Monitur" as a specialist term used in the shipping industry to describe a complaint or write-off of defects, damages or missing cargo.

"Monitur ist ein Fachbegriff aus dem Speditionswesen und bezeichnet die Reklamation oder Abschreibung von Mängeln, Beschädigungen oder das Fehlen von Frachtgut oder diese auch selber.

As Wikipedia says, it means the act of writing them off or raising queries with the supplier, and also the items themselves. I think my suggested translation covers both.
