I have tried but I am not able to understand this term, I would appreciate a translation suggestion for this term

suggestion I would suggest asking the client how this thing works. That would enable you to determine whether it was a "drop gauge" or a "clinometer".

Possibly a kind of guage Looks like some kind of guage but I'm not sure how to deal with the "Fall-" component. Is this "slope" or "rake"? Any other instances of "Fall" in your text?
