German term

Erfüllungsleistung

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Versicherungsverträge
Kontext:

TIA
Mechthild

contractually stipulated performance

This is a tough one, Mechthild, and I spent quite a bit of time trying to find something that would fit into your sentence. This is the best I could come up with.

Substitute performances in lieu of contractually stipulated performance are not insured.

Or just "specified performance"
Substitute performance in lieu of (contractually) specified performance is not insured.
Note from asker:
Thanks to all of you! You're such competent help! I think "contractually stipulated performance" for "Erfüllungsleistung" and Stephen's "contract fulfilment" for "Erfüllung von Verträgen" would be the ideal combination and solution.

contract-fulfilling performance

This is not a very commonly used combination, but I think that it fits here. It appears with and without the hyphen (contract-fulfilling or contract fulfilling) and seems to be a relatively widely accepted term.

substitute performance in lieu of contractual fulfilment

"Contractual fulfilment, substitute performance in lieu of contractual fulfilment and warranty claims are not insured."
