German term

Kabeltrassenrecht

German to English Law/Patents IT (Information Technology) Real Estate
Beschränkte persönliche Dienstbarkeit (Netzstations- und kabeltrassenrecht) für die Stromnetz Berlin GmbH

This is an extract from the land registry.

The document actually says 'Kabeltrassenrechtrecht', but I assume the double 'recht' is a mistake?

right for a cable duct

Very probably an easement (for a cable duct) but the generic 'right' is safer IMO.
'Trasse' is literally 'route' but cables are almost always laid in conduits or ducts
