German term

fiktive Steuerumlage

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting
The following sentence is under a table entitled "Konzern-Kennzahlen" in an annual report:

* Periodenergebnis 200x bereinigt um eine fiktive Steuerumlage der xxx GmbH in Höhe von EUR xxx Mio.

Thus far, my translation is something like this:

Profit for the period in 200x adjusted for a notional distribution of the tax burden of xxx GmbH in the amount of EUR xxx million

Is that right? I found "distribution of the tax burden" on leo.org and dict.cc, hence why I would like confirmation! If it makes any difference, the annual report is being written in British English.
Proposed translations (English)

(BrE) notional apportionment of tax

AmE might, arguably, use allocation of tax.

Distribution of the tax burden: sound literally right for spread of the INCIDENCE of tax.

disagree transatgees : "fiktiv" is not "fictitious" but "notional" - a big difference
