French term
colis déphasé
French to English
Bus/Financial
Retail
Appears in a retro-planning about warehouse logistics and physical inventories, and how these might impact on accounting and supply procedures.
It talks about "réception d'un colis déphasé" and "il faut ... se poser la question pour dévellopper une correction compta 11% de justification des écarts magasin ( traité par IP ) auquel il faut rajouter les déphasés traités en saisie détail déphasé..."
(The spelling /grammar mistakes are as they appear in my original document!)
Is it really just "out of phase"? Or is there a better term that is more widely used?
Any help appreciated, thanks.

"Déphasage" is a lack of coordination in human business communications.
I think you have a parcel/package that is not following the normal/planned route.

Note from asker:
Have asked client - apparently they are referring here to an "off-phase parcel". Thanks for your suggestions. |
