Scaler une infrastructure
I'm translating a blog article on the best ways to scale an infrastructure. I've not seen 'penser' used this way before:
Le meilleur moyen d’obtenir une application facilement distribuable et performante est de la penser en mode stateless.
The best I can come up with is "conceive of it", or perhaps "devise it"...
My attempt: The best way to obtain an application that is both easy to distribute and high performing, is to devise it in stateless mode.
Thank you for your suggestions!

to think it out
Hello,
Why just not more literal? We say that in English all the time.
the author emphasizes on performance, discusses tackling bad SQL code, how to do analysis on problem at hand and then how to think it out in SQL way. ...

Discussion
Some of my colleagues think that if you can't achieve what you want with a stateless server, go find something else to do.
