Non-PRO English to Spanish Bus/Financial Other

With respect to all XXX Programs Securities for which CCC Bank, TTT Bank or any other clearing agency has, upon the issuance of a blocking number in connection with the filing of a Securities Programs Proof of Claim, blocked trading, YYY will authorize and instruct CCC, TTT and any other applicable clearing agency to unblock and permit the trading of such XXX Program Securities at a ***commercially reasonable date*** following the Securities Programs Bar Date as determined by YYY.
