I believe we need more context for an accurate translation. But, if what is intended is to say that the process is a sample itself or that total viral load in the process shows"... then I would use "proceso muestra"
If the text intend to say that a sample that has been processed then I would suggest "muestra procesada"

En este ejemplo (original coreano), "process materials" parece querer sugerir "muestras del producto en desarrollo" (esto es, muestras del producto en alguna fase de su producción "real", se exprese como se exprese ésto en la jerga propia) -¿"productos intermedios"?
