¿Tiene algún nombre especial el arrendatario que utiliza el espacio para fines profesionales?

Contexto:

(i) a schedule of the existing occupational tenants of any Property, showing for each tenant the rent, service charge, value added tax and any other amounts payable in that period by that tenant.

Hi Silcubo Could you please tell us country of origin of the contract you are translating? If it is the UK please be careful occupational lease has nothing to do with occupation as in vocation or career...

or just inquilino on its own

It only means that it is a lease or tenancy agreement in which the tenant occupies the property. A British law term that has nothing to do with "occupation" as in employment or business activity.
