What can people expect when they call the help line?
When associates call the help line, they will hear a pre-recorded greeting in the native language of the country from which they are calling. What happens next?
After the caller gives background information to the intake specialist, he/she will be asked to describe the matter about which the person is calling. The intake specialist may ask questions to make sure he or she fully understands the matter being discussed. Neither the intake specialist nor the interpreter is an employee of XXXXXX, so they will not be familiar with local business terminology. They will do their best to process the call as efficiently as possible as they collect complete information from the caller so that the company can properly address the issue being raised.
