scope of supply
If CONTRACTOR fails to deliver the scope of supply, as the case may be, on the date agreed and this delay has been caused solely through a fault of the CONTRACTOR, COMPANY is entitled to the exclusion of any further claims for any delay whatsoever to obtain from CONTRACTOR liquidated damages equivalent to zero point five percent (0.5%) of the total contract price for each full week of delay thereof.
