,,16. Health & Safety

Company X shall place substantial emphasis on health & safety in the workplace. To this end, the parties to this agreement agree to cooperate with the implementation of current legislation.
It is agreed that all employees will do their utmost to maintain a high level of safety awareness and not to partake of any action, which might lead to injury
of themselves or others.
It is further agreed that all employees will attend and *co-operate with training
courses* where required.’’
