English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Fra i paragrafi dell'articolo riguardante le disposizioni generali di un contratto, al punto "Construction": "The language used in this Agreement will be deemed to be the language mutually chosen by the parties to express their mutual intent and no rule of strict construction will be applied against either party. The use of the word "including" means "including without limitation"".
