you need to give more context. As it is there's more than one option.
Who's doing the "calling-in"? This "finance committee"? Why is it then "a" and not "the" finance committee? Some other body is doing the "calling-in"? Or is it (equally possible) that there is a member of a finance committee that "called-in" i.e. invited himself on some hearing (that is maybe scrutinising the work of this finance committee?)
