諸位所言的都無誤...at a right angle 的確是直角。但這樣聽起來有點像是數學幾何的術語。這樣子的說話,在醫學上可能只是描述或是形容...xx是呈90度直角(彎曲)。不知道大家的想法又是如何呢?
