Discussion
Contratti di scambio are just trades and lo scambio internazionale is international trade. "Prestazioni istantee" bring to mind spot contracts, but of course this are "a pronti" in Italian and swaps are always "a termine" or forward contracts, where you swap now and settle up at a future date, when you swap back as it were.
My inclination is to translate more literally without using the normal technical terminology, because the Italian has not used it. My guess is that this Italian is take from Arabic texts.
