Referring to the originally posted question, I find that "do the tango for two" goes nice here:
Y de esa manera permites que el amor se acerque y se pose sobre tu hombro. Y no le das la espalda. Y bailan un tango.
I'd translate the last phrase as "And do the tango for two", just for the hell of it. Plain "do the tango" just does not have the same connotation.

Patricia, supongo que tal vez sea una obviedad, pero el tango en Argentina es un baile muy tradicional, que puede implicar seducción, conquista y demás. Habría que ver todo tu texto para deducir lo que simboliza.
