I understand that what is rocking or moving is the car body, as in everything that is supported by the wheels and suspension. In my opinion "Carrocería" is the most adequate translation.

Está hablando del comportamiento del sistema de suspensión y los efectos que el mismo tiene sobre el vehículo. En este contexto creo que “vehículo” ya remite al “chasis” y yo evitaría expresiones tales como “cabina”, “bastidor”, etc.
