"Taxes" means all value added ("Vat"), special sales, use road use, housing, asset excise, turnover, inventory, income, profit, excess profit, business license, franchise, personal property, unemployment compensation, old age benefits, *welfare*, social security, disability insurance, import/export taxes, duties, fees, contributions and other charges imposed pursuant to applicable law of any country or political subdivision thereof having taxable jurisdiction over Owner and/or the Services.

Интересует "asset excise (tax)".
