tiralicci per ratiere
Not much context I'm afraid. A product made of plastic incuded in a list of products supplied by a company. I believe ratiera is dobby loom. At first I thought it might have been a typing error and the correct term was tralicci, but on further research tiralicci does seem to exist. Licci translates as heddles, so tiralicci could be heddle pullers? That's a pure guess on my part though. Does anyone know the correct term please?
Many thanks.

dobby head/shaft
Howard is right in that the tiralicci, heddles as you say, are controlled by the dobby.
Perhaps you could call it a dobby head or shaft.
