me too

Seni seviyorum is I love you
Ben de means me too, so in this context it would mean I love you too

"I do, too"

When someone says "Seni seviyorum"in Turkish, this means " I love You". The person replying "bende" means "I do, too"
But the concept of the man saying "I love you" to the lady and the man again himself replying "bende" is quite bizarre even for a native speaker. This might possibly be a sign of extreme optimism :))

agree Özden Arıkan : ;-)))))))))))))))))))) you're not only the most careful, but also the most optimistic translator here (i would take it, personally, the sign of something a bit pathological)
