outgoing operator / incoming operator

The idea of 'incoming / outgoing' comes from ships' watches (change of watch on a ship), but it can be used in other contexts.

Предложенный мной термин (rotation) в большей степени относится к достаточно длительной смене, т.е., к "вахте". Поскольку речь идет о нефтяном промысле, я позволил себе привести именно этот вариант.
