Do texto que colocou basicamente certos aplicativos não funcionam (rodam) debaixo de certas versões ou tipos de sistema operacional. Ou versões novas do aplicativo não funcionam em versões anteriores de sistemas operacionais. Ou seja eles não suportam a aplicação ou as aplicações não são suportados pelo sistema operacional (ou versões do mesmo)
