German term

Losrückrufe

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
"Gegenseitige Informationspflicht

I have heard of "Rückruf" in terms of recall, but I can't find anything for "Losrückruf".

The above is a one-sentence section in an agreement between a pharmaceutical company and a company it has contracted for product development work.

MHRA orders batch recall of AstraZeneca's Casodex after counterfeit revealed
by Alison Fischer

The UK's Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency issued a drug alert and recalled a batch of AstraZeneca's prostate cancer drug, Casodex (bicalutamide), after counterfeit product was discovered in the supply chain.

A criminal investigation has been launched and the recall was issued to minimise the risk to patients, the agency noted in a statement. The MHRA added that there has been "no evidence" of adverse reactions related to the counterfeit product at this time. Meanwhile, AstraZeneca specified that it is "currently investigating with the MHRA and [has] asked for the recall of that one batch."
