The other issue is how to combine the slogan into the expression. Here's my stab at it: Unite to BELIEVE. FIGHT. WIN and join the fight...." What do you think?

I forgot to add - I'd like to avoid the word "join" as it will appear in the second part of the sentence (join the fight = soyez du combat).

Since it's for a foundation and in relation to ill individuals, I think that speaking about a "cause" would be appropriate and possibly motivational here...
