entry (number) 2 in the Real Property Registry/Records
It seems that Real Property Records is much more frequent than "registry", at least in the US. If this is for the US, you can also opt for "Recorder's Office".
Example sentence:
The Recorder's Office records documents affecting title on real property.

: "Entry", definitely. What you call the "Registro" depends mostly on the country of origin and whether it uses a recording system or a title system.

Registered Entry 2
The term does not necessarily imply on the Land Register, as it can also be an entry on a certificate of births, marriages or deaths or at the Mercantile Registry, previously written in longhand.
