This appears repeatedly on a lab report (mostly blood work) from Argentina.
The results are listed and in the final column is
VE: [doctor's name]
There is no column heading.
It must be the doctor who ordered, ran, or reviewed the tests but I can't figure out what it stands for.
Suggestions/assistance is much appreciated!

Just a guess. In many countries, lab reports must be signed off by a pathologist. I see "verified" on a lot of lab reports, though that can be an MD or a Quimico depending on the country.
