lot auto, lotto auto, rot auto

I can only think of lotto auto, lot auto and rot auto, but I have no idea whether any of these words mean what you are looking for. I'm sorry. It could even be English made in Japan.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Maynard Hogg : Taking katakana literally is a sure recipe for disaster.

Lot out

Since the word "ロットアウト" is in Katakana script. The literal meaning for this word is "Lot out". But as per the context, it can be considered as a "defective product".
Peer comment(s):

disagree Maynard Hogg : Literal meanings count for nothing when the source is katakana.

disagree casey : "Lot out" is not an English phrase.

lot rejects or lot reject ratio

We need more context.

Ms. Hayashi's suggestion would apply to high failure rates triggering rejection of the entire lot. Partial could be another scenario.
