This is from a crane manual. I understand from the picture that it is located at the end of the boom, on the top, where below there is the hook.
Il livellamento manuale della rulliera viene attivato spostando l’apposito selettore presente sul radiocomando (evidenziato in Figura 42, posizione 1) verso destra su MANUALE. In tale condizione vengono ignorati i segnali provenienti dal controllo automatico del livello e vengono attivate le uscite provenienti dal selettore per il comando manuale della rulliera (Figura 42, posizione 2) tramite il quale è possibile comandare la Salita/Discesa della rulliera stessa.
