: "Montage" is a distinction Germans make - it's a trip undertaken by construction/engineering workers whereas adminstrative staff and management go on a "Geschäftsreise". I don't think there is a corresponding term in English so I'd use business trip

: it cannot be "organisational trip" - a "Montagereise" is usually used for people who work e.g. in engineering building bridges abroad or something like this, but NEVER for administrative staff, they go on a "Geschäftsreise"
