se trata de un acta de depósito, en este caso de un documento, en un notario.
Dice así:
Si en el plazo de dos meses el señor compareciente no procede a retirar dicho ___, el notario autorizante podrá, potestativamente, conservar el citado documento hasta su retirada o proceder a su destrucción o inutilización.
