Je ne vois pas comment traduire " take out " à la fin du passage suivant :

It doesn't help...
They're trying to figure out a way to improve their culture.
I met a lot of people in Walmart e-commerce who actually, they seemed bright to me.
The problem they have that's a bigger issue is a couple of million employees who are paid minimum wage who can't close the multichannel up.
If you bring in your printout, you want to, you have questions about the website and there's no one in the store, or quite frankly they're just not that trained or that sophisticated or, quite frankly, not that happy with their job, it's a much different experience than going into a Best Buy or a Home Depot or a Sephora.
So they can make all the acquisitions they want at headquarters, until they invest more in their human capital they're never going to close the loop.

-And Jet.com, just nuts.
Spending 5 million dollars a week on advertising.
A company whose economics showed they weren't going to break even until they got to 20 billion in revenue.
This was the luckiest take out in a long time.
And we think it's going to be.

-So, two huge write downs, Dollar Shave Club and Jet.com.
And other thoughts, any other big predictions for '17? "
