I hope you’re doing well.
Our systems team is currently working on developing a new website that will be fully accessible across all devices, including mobile phones. As our efforts are focused on this new project, we will not be updating the app for the time being. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering an improved user experience through the new site.

The irony is that this site is promoting the most "advanced" CAT tools and similar software, but when it's their own website in question, it's okay that can't be opened on mobile phones, or that the app isn't working. Probably they can't copy paste someone else's code for that new website, they must hire web and app developers, but they are cheap, and they don't want to do it.

While the new site is a project that will take several months, we are working hard to make some key areas functional on the new version, so that ProZ members can start using that new version.

You have, but I'm indeed not interested in chasing a carrot on a stick. I'm very interested to see the finished product, though. But I see I'll have to wait several months for that, apart from the several months that have already passed. So I suppose the answer to my question if there is a time window, is simply no. Thanks for your answer.
